Why would you won't to? The tokico monoblocks are performance wise way better.

The oem brembos on suzukis are nothing special.

+1

The OEM Brembos aren't actual Brembos.

Trust me, you don't want the Suzuki Brembos on your race bike. Stick with the Tokicos.

And what do you think I'm doing with my bike? Posing at the local gas station

Its a full on racebike and trust me the tokico monoblocks are what you need to be using with a good quality race pad

If that's the case then you definitely don't want them on your racebike. The Tokicos are lighter in weight and easier to bleed. The bleed nipples on the OEM Brembos face the inside of the wheel and make bleeding the calipers a P.I.T.A.

Can the brake pads from the 09 be used with the brembo calipers? Got my hands on a set but replaced my brake pads recently. Waste of money if they don't fit.

Nope, completely different shaped pads. The Tokicos pads are held in place by pads pins. The Brembo pads slide in and are held in place by the retention springs on the back of the caliper.
