Broken TPS connection on my PCV, can i still use it?

I have a PCV installed on my K9 1000. The connection into the TPS from the PCV is broken. I had to keep the stock connection plugged into my TPS. The bike runs normal, and everything is working fine still. I hooked up my computer and the Power Commander software works, it reads my RPM's, AFR, etc etc. My question is... what will NOT having the PCV connected to my TPS do?

Fix the connection. Without it, the PC doesn't know what throttle position you're at so it's not sending the fuel map interrupt.

I think the pc needs the tps input to do its job correctly on the fuel mapping otherwise you are just on stock settings I think.

That's what I said and I am 100% dead certain that if the PC doesn't know what the throttle position is, then it won't know what signal to send. It will then fall back to a null state allowing the stock signal through from the ECU. Failsafe by design.
