Best $5 ever spent

Lost my key in a wreck at Barber, kinda happy I was forced to do this. Only cost me a $5 switch. I had connectors and the like laying around already.

?????????? You put a toggle switch in place of your key? Kind of made it even easier to steal your bike don't ya think ? Granted a key doesn't really slow them down much if they really want it .

Hah we'll my bike stays in the house. I may install a secondary cutoff under the seat eventually. But it's track only so no street or lot parking. As for Trojan, I always buy bulk, more bang for the buck lol

Note to self look for secondary cutoff switch under or near the seat. Actually its pretty cool looking, gives it that race car feel to it. Minus me valuing my bike I would absolutely do this.

Hoping someone else can help. Can't see how you can bypass immobilizer with $5 toggle switch.

That bike doesn't have an immobilizer.

Do a site search and include "immobilizer." American bikes didn't have them on 06/07

Lots of racebikes use a switch and get rid of ignition and even oem gas cap. The switch probably has to be dpst- double poke and on off positions only.
