Glock barrel question

I want to replace the barrel on my 23C with a non-ported barrel. Will be using it for carry/protection now. Factory barrel or aftermarket? I haven't really kept up with handguns in a while. Thanks for any help.

Re: Glock barrel question

Lone wolf has factory barrels in stock for around $150 and aftermarket match barrels for around $110 but they're back ordered. Glockmeister has factory barrels in stock for around $140 and KKM barrels for around $165. I haven't checked anywhere else.

Confuses vag for cock... That would be "cock" as in rooster. Which might be even worse. And takes more duct tape to avoid a damn mess. Has lead to interesting nights.

Re: Glock barrel question

Lone Wolf are good folks and stay with a Glock OEM BBL if it's for defense/duty/CCW.

Reliability being largest reason.

Re: Glock barrel question

I use(d) quite a few different Lone Wolf barrels in my Glocks at the range and as Delta said, for CC, go with OEM. I've had all of them choke up on me at some point (well over 30K through them though.) They are/were conversion barrels though.
