96-96 750 GSXR CDI Wiring/ Offroad Gokart Project

Hey guys, I am in need of a wiring diagram or information on the correct wires for the 32900-20C50 CDI box. I have looked for several days within this forum and the internet to find the correct wiring diagram that has the correct number of wires from the CDI/ignitor on the diagram. This is for a gokart project, I bought the engine with a hacked harness so I don't have anymore information other than this.

The large connector has 8 pins with only 7 wires. The small connector has 4 pins and 4 wires. I know where most everything goes on the small 4 pin connector, but I am not sure about the large 8 pin.

Re: 96-96 750 GSXR CDI Wiring/ Offroad Gokart Project

check air cooled or kanatuna forum?

also since copper dissipates heat so quickly you should make a few good straight runs of copper then some sort of flex fitting so they don't rattle apart, the lines will aid in cooling, maybe could it like it comes in the box, that dood in AK just used lines to cool his snow machine, WORKED, no radiator just lines, bout 12' of it... lol, he still uses it that way

busa would have been the way to go since there is so much 4 wheel support for that engine, event he Smart car, I know the girl who's father patented the bolt on engine mounts and conversion for the smart car, foogin whacky, that thing will be out of control too whats it weigh 450 lbs with engine? may want to go 8 pt and air bags..

way cool man, you gonna post up vids railin n crap so we can watch, nuts!

Still haven't found the wiring diagram I need. Even with this information. The point of a forum is to seek information. Not to be told to go look for it yourself. The information that was provided to me above was "informative" yes but I have still not found the solution to my problem even with this information.

All of the wiring diagrams I have found do not have the correct number of wires or colors listed in the diagram for the CDI box.

You've just joined GDC & violated the forum rule about not starting with an Intro post in "The Starting Line.
Read the rules, follow them and there will be plenty of very knowledgeable people who will be more than happy to help you.

Hope you get your problem sorted...
