Need help with carb jet locations....

So I've torn down my carbs finally.... To find that it's been re jetted for a K&N filter and a Hindle SS pipe. They rejetted it with 117.5's and 120's.... Well everything I've read has said that the two middle cylinders are supposed to be jetted higher to help cool the inner cylinders..... Well I get the carbs torn apart to find that #3,and #4 carbs have the 120's..... My manual doesn't say anything about where the jets go. I'm wondering if any carb tuning guru's could help me out. Did someone put the 120 to the outer for a reason? Is it supposed to be there? Or what? I'm ready to put them back together but can't find shit on what goes where.... Ty in advance.

Stock jetting with the Mikuni 38s (Non-California model) is #115s across the board with a #35 pilot. For the Cali model (36mm Mikunis) Pilot #37.5 and Main for 1/4 #110, 2/3 #112.5. From the service manual pg 4-5.
