VIR Track Prep

Doing a PRE Trackday at VIR in July. I pick up wheels with Q3 Plus tires tomorrow.
Something sexy about a bike in race trim and wheels off!

Re: VIR Track Prep

Q3+ lasted and handled great for 4 each 20 minute sessions, 120/70 and 190/55 on 6.25" rear, 28 psi cold front and rear, used low temperature setting on tire warmers 30 minutes prior to each session, ambient temperature was mid 90"s all day.
Sorry, no video as I had the GoPro set to snap shot by mistake!

Re: VIR Track Prep

Nothing constructive to add here, but GOD that bike looks good. Gives me motivation to finish my build!

Re: VIR Track Prep

Yes, stock swing arm, with FOX SRS Link and shock. 94/95 gsxr 750 had the bracing.

Re: VIR Track Prep

I like the way the bracing looks on those arms... Wonder how the dimensions compare to a 93 600 arm. Btw, that ramair setup you did is top notch!
