How to re-inverse the shifter on a "93 750w

Hello all!

I recently purchased a 1993 gsxr 750 with "GP" shifting. I absolutely hate it, I get that the shifting might be cool to tell friends about but I constantly find myself shifting inappropriately. I have never messed with the rearsets on a motorcycle before, and I'm curious how I put them back. I will be sure to post pics as soon as I get back home!

Thanks!

Loose at shift shaft, rotate 180 degrees, now adjust two small nuts on shifter rod to adjust shifter to peg placement.

Yep, flip the arm to the opposite side of the shift shaft.

Does anyone have a picture of their stock shifter? I rotated one piece 180 degrees and now I'm kinda clueless on what else needs to be inverted.

Turn this down,,, Your shift link rod will need to be adjust for proper foot/shift height. Your new shift pattern will be 1 UP, 5 DOWN...ie GP Shift, Reverse Shift
