Slabbie frame cracks

I have started a strip down on an 86 750 slabbie and found 2 cracks in the frame both at the top of each down tube. Any advice would be appreciated.

Re: Slabbie frame cracks

quite common, to many wheelies.
I welded and reinforced mine, aluminum used in 1st gen frame is not heat treated and welds nicely.
