Carburetor kit Emulsion tube question

The kit is bike specific but as you can see the tube is different . Not worried about the color but the original as a total of 8 holes ( 4 inline x2) and the aftermarket as a total of 6 ( 3 inline and 1 x 2). Thoughts?

its richer, tubes with more holes emulsify the fuel coming out of the float bowl more and technically lean out the mixture

So I guess I should use the original tube being bike is completely stock

Hi mate don't u hate that crap.. What does the supplier say.. In discripion it says replace original part of course turns up its different.. Mmmm.

Are the new ones factory pro tubes? I questioned Marc Salisberg(sp?) specifically about the fp tubes having fewer holes than the originals some years ago and didn't get what I thought was a satisfactory answer. Regardless, fewer holes or not, I'm happy with the way my bike runs on the fp tubes and needles.

I think the gixxers are pretty lean from the factory from what I've heard, if your OEM tubes aren't ovaled-out from wear I don't see a problem running them

I'm going to use the originals, they only have 3000 miles on them. I have a second set of carbs that I will rebuild with the kit and ultimately see the difference. I'll report back.
