motul 7100vs 300v

hi everyone!!

i have looked around..and no clear conclusion

what oil is better to take care of our engines?
7100 i know its good oil and also its change intervals
what about the 300v? oil cahnge intervals? have read some...its for low intervals....other...same as factory oil intervals zzz......

visco is 10w40

also have seen on the web (dont rember what one) an magnet ring you put on the male filter screw to mag out the lower microns of particles as filter apparantly go for 20 microns..any idea??

what should be normal intervals? im changing every 3000-4000km

thankS!!!!

gone fishing...

Re: motul 7100vs 300v

It's oil. Make sure it has no friction modifiers, buy it from a quality manufacturer, put it in, change it, repeat.

And changing it every 3-4 million probably isn't smart. LOL

Moved to, you know, "Oil and Lubrication" which is a forum for actually obsessing about "is this oil that 1/1,000,000 just that much better than that oil?"

Re: motul 7100vs 300v

I run 7100 in my K6. Seems to work fine. Ran Mobil 1 in my other Gixxers but hey...that worked fine too.
