Re: cold start up??
I have an 08 750 with 5000 miles and the problem is when i started up in the morning, it usually takes longer to start. and when it finally starts, it hesitates for 2 seconds then idles normal. this only happens once a day.
can someone help. The easiest thing to do is buy the injector cleaner. if its still happening i am going to take it to a shop.
I assume the spark plugs in the bike are the original ones since the bike only has 5000 miles on it. A clean, dry and correctly gapped spark plug is critical to getting a good cold start. I realize that you are probably not to the point in the maintenance schedule that recommends changing your plugs yet, but it's the only thing I can think of that would cause a once a day issue like you describe. If you are reasonably mechanically inclined, it's not a terribly difficult job. Suzuki designed the bike from the get-go to be easy to get at maintenance items like plugs / oil filter / air filter.
Unless you're using really shitty gas I doubt that it has much, if anything to do with the fuel system.
I know, I know, licence and registration.
