2017 GSX-R1000 rough idle

I added a Power Commander V, K&N air filter & full Yosh exhaust. Once installed the idle jumps from 1000 rpm up to 1700 rpm and does this cycle about 1 per second.
Otherwise the bike is flawless, starts right up, runs & stops just as it should.

I have an appointment at the DYNO shop in 2 weeks but wanted to ask my fellow gixxer riders if any of them have seen this.

The PC V came with a map already loaded so I won't change that until she's on the dyno.

Anyone with idea as to why the idle is doing this?
It didn't have this issue before I put the PC V on the bike, she had a nice steady idle before that was added to the bike.

41 years of riding both on and off-road. My dad played with the ole Yamaha Enduro's and to include racing on Buckeye Lake, w/ homemade sidecars and lots of thick ice.

Easiest thing first.

Save the map on your computer and then erase it from the power commander. Start it up. You can always load the map, again.
