How to enable O2 sensor and Servo

Hello i just bought gsxr 1000 L4 .
On bike O2 sensor and servo body was disabled from ECU i think becouse both of them are removed and no F1 , also there is not installed lier.

I am interested now how can i enable this futures on my ECU myself ? Any ideas for as less money as its possible ?

Are you a tree hugger or why would you like to make your bike less rideable by adding emission systems?

Buy a Woolich bin file $100 and make the flashing hardware yourself.

I will explane this motorycle is came from USA with commander , but map was deleted in my country there is not dyno shop to make new map , and its not as fast as another motorcycles and mabe becouse it does not have o2 sensor to adjust maps ? Or its better that both are disabled
