Gixxer 1000 K3 powerup

Hi guys.
Im Peter from Denmark and I have a Gixxer 1000 K3, which I have plans to put on a 1070 cc kit on with JE pistons 3mm oversize and compresition 13,5-1. And I have gotton hold on a Vance & Hines CNC ported cylinder head and a set of Kent Cams suz40.
Do I need a exhaust stystem with bigger pipe size and also do I need bigger throtle bodys? And what about fuelpump...?
What do you guys say?

What exhaust is currently on the bike? I don't think you need to worry about the throttle bodies.
