^Here's a pic of the gear that he uses:
Note the tennis shoes and "jacket" with CE approved armor.
The K5-K8 front caliper is not well regarded. The K9-L1 caliper is, and uses the same pads. But the pistons are smaller, which worsens an already inferior hydraulic ratio. You ought to switch to a K9-L1 MC or, better yet, a Brembo 17RCS.
+1 on the brake lever unless you switch to the RCS.
I see frame and swingarm sliders but they aren't in your list. Neither is the tank cover. Also the bar end balancers seem to be missing with nothing, ex. sliders, in their place.
The pics in the #4 post show turn signals & mirrors. The mirrors are gone in the pic here and there might be flush mount signals in their place, none of which is in your list. 49CFR571.108 requires a minimum center-to-center separation of 16". Flush mounts lower that from 24" to 11". Also "Each turn signal lamp on a motorcycle shall have an effective projected luminous lens area of not less than 2258 square mm. (3 1/2 square inches)." Yours look like they're pushing things.
Converting to a single exhaust leaves a gap on the left side where the exhaust exited. 1Carbontech used to sell a filler panel to make things right. But it was pricey and has now been discontinued. Perhaps there's some other solution.
What helmet is that?
CA, particularly SoCal, doesn't think well of removed cats, as Yoshimura and Two Brothers have found out. I don't think that it is being done very widely in CA but I have read that in some areas the cops are smart enough to tell if a cat has been removed and will ticket you for doing so.
