Engine Specifications:- Stock 750 displacement ; porting job 4 angle vavle seat & valve encapsulation.
- New 2 nd & 6th driven gear (home undercut too)
- New crank & conrod bearings
- Hone & cross hatch
- new rings, & valves: Lapped
- All new seals, & new wires
- Titanium retainers
Engine Misc.:- BMC ROSSO filters
- Porting job
- DYNA 2000 ignition
- Dynatek 2.2 ohm coils
- Dynatek ignition wires

- All new bearings: Wheel , Suspension, swing arm, steering head, etc...
Weight reduction & transfer:
Suspension, wheels & tires:- Galfer front wave rotors & HH pads
- Lightweight rear rotor
- 05 1000 rear shock
- Tobi side-mount adjustable 19 position steering damper
- Upgraded front forks to full Ohlins internals: .90kg/mm springs, Ohlins cylinders, valves & customed shimed for 170lbs rider
- Michelin Pilot Power 2CT's 190 rear & 120 front
- Flat black powder coated front & rear wheels
- Stainless steel braided brake lines front & back
- Steering head bearing seats beefed up (added aluminum by welding) & line bored machined
Interior:- Wiring harness taken appart, re-welded all splices done to it over the years, and shrunk wrap it back. Then all protected by wire wrap
Exterior:- Clear alternative integrated rear light
- Custom color black metallic fairing
- Custom made undertail clean up out of 6061-T6 Aluminum 0.125 plate, satin black powdercoated
- Front flashers LED 40K Mcd
- NO block off plates!
- Mono seat
- Polished frame
- Polished swingarm
- Satin black powder coated rear peg set, upper & lower triples, clip-ons, brackets, & front pegs...etc...
- Satin black powder coated sub-frame
- Black powder coated levers
