revolution superbikes

Does anybody know what is going on with Revolution Superbikes? I ordered a set of Motrax frame sliders from them at the end of April and have yet to receive anything. They charged my credit card but I haven't gotten what I paid for. The website is no longer working and the phone number has been disconnected. It seems like they have shut down. I cannot call the credit union until Monday so I guess I am going to have to sit here all weekend and stay pissed. Does anyone know what legal actions I can take if they are out of business or will the credit card company handle it?

Re: revolution superbikes

I had two run-ins with Revolution Superbikes a few months ago. My first order I recieved the wrong items and had to return them, but no credit was issued to my card. My second order I never received and when I called them to inquire, the representative tried to get shitty with me, so I cancelled the order. But again no credit was issued to my card. I ended up disputing the charges with my credit card company to get reimbursed. If you've got a good credit card company they will have no qualms about paying you and going after Revolution Superbikes themselves. The only catch is you have to file a dispute within 60 days. At least with my card it was 60 days. So call your credit card company and you should be okay, because it's in there best interest to protect you against bullshit companies like REVOLUTION SUPERBIKES!!! Peace.

Re: revolution superbikes

their service seems to be very very spotty. Many members of the aprilia forum have had trouble with them, and I ordered an exhaust from them in the past, they charged my credit card immediately, then the exhaust never arrived (after waiting like 3+ months). Thankfully I put it in dispute with my credit card (they never did refund me after many calls to Revolution), and got my $$ back.

REVOLUTION sucks, plain and simple. Never order from them. Tell your friends they suck. Put a BIG BIG post telling them they are shit.
