Well, with the injury problems everyone is having I think the Colts are looking pretty good right now.
Another dark horse favorite might be the Broncos. Aside from the loss to Miami in the opening game Denver has looked VERY good and is well on the way to a division title. They made quick work of the Eagles last week and so far are looking pretty good. In years past Plummer has folded on the important games and late in the season so we've yet to see what he can do when they are a contender. If he keeps this pace up and with the supporting cast on both sides of the ball as well as special teams I really like their chances this year.
What about the Patriots? I personally don't think they'll make the big dance this year. They have one of the easier schedules the second half of the season and it's going to be primarily due to this fact that they even make the playoffs IMO.
Steelers have a shot assuming they can remain healthy. Roth is undergoing knee surgery and we'll have to see how he returns. The time off could throw the focus he's known for. The defense is questionable and almost lost the game against the Ravens IMO.
Falcons are also a possibility but I just don't see a team with a starting quarterback with a rating as terrible as it is winning the whole thing... I don't care what he does that don't show up in the ratings. Make him a RB if that's what he is.
Seattle also is looking pretty strong, but I still think are a few ingredients away from going all the way.
I'm also doubtful that the Giants can win the title but look for them to be a contender within the next couple of years as he gains the experience he's lacking.
Bengals... what can I say? These guys have come out of no where to put together one hell of a season so far. Can they endure all the way to the end and continue winning is the question yet to be answered. I think it's possible and we could see the Bengals making it pretty far in the post season as I think they're a playoff team.
Chargers... I hope for the Broncos sake the can't but they are a strong team as well and have proven that they kick it up a notch in the later part of the season when it counts most. Look for them to do well.
Raiders... I still think if they can get everything sorted out could make a late charge in the season. They have some very good ingredients and just need to mix and match them just right to bring out the right flavor. I doubt they'll go too far in the playoffs (if at all) but have the potential to make it difficult for other teams if they get their heads on straight.
As much as I would like to say that the Bengals have a good chance, they tend to lose when presented with a talented team like the Steelers. They also have a relatively easy schedule with their hardest opponents being the Colts and the Steelers. So I think that they'll probably make the playoffs, but they won't stay there for long.
colts and cowboys.....can you tell its a wish list. i have really no idea. i work most sundays and couldn't explain most of the teams records if i had to.
here is one the packers will only win 2 more games by the end of the year and draft USC running back not matt leinhart
Then they would have two good backs and no quarterback... doesn't make sense to me.
I thought they drafted Aaron Rogers for Favres replacement when he retires. And Ahman may be done for good with that leg injury. They should def. take Bush.

I know they drafted him but is he ready? Maybe they should take Bush and trade for a experienced leader and a couple other players.
I'm going to say it will be a repeat of Superbowl V.........
Will they wear cool leather helmets?
I doubt it....... since they didn't wear leather helmets for Superbowl V.....
I know... just being a smartass!
Okay, a more relevant question... do you think they will score more than 30 combined points and do you think that the Colts will move back to Baltimore?

Yeah..... me too.
Yes on the combined points and only if hell freezes over on the Baltimore thing.
