Or in one of the ten billion threads about it here - easiest and cheapest mod there is. Some like it, some don't - I have it on both my street and track bike. It's a must on the track bike because there's not enough room under the lever when leaning hard to the left. Besides I get a more positive upshift. And I have it on the street bike so I don't have to use different patterns...
