shift points for a 05 gsxr1000??

i havent had mine on a dyno yet so im wondering what the optimum rpm to shift at, at the drag strip. if it wont rain for once ill be going this friday to see what it will do.

I have had the best luck shifting at redline in all gears except first. I shift out of first when there is no hope of keeping the front end on the ground.

BTW, what track are you planning on hitting up?

I've tried many different rpm shifts. For me, I've found it best shifted at 13k.

i hope i can run it all the way through 1st its lowered 2 inches and the front is strapped. ill try just at redline. thanks guys
