removing power commanders

I have a custom map on my bike right now with an aftermarket pipe. I am taking the aftermarket pipe off and putting the stock pipe back on. My question is once I put the stock map back into my power commander can I take the power commander out of my bike and will the map still stay in the bikes memory?? WIll the bikes computer take over again once I unplug my power commander and go back to stock settings? There will be no use for the power commander anymore because my bike will be stock again and I want to sell the power commander as I am selling my bike at the end of the summer and want to part out my mods as the resale value doesnt go up on mods to the bike to much. Thanks in advance!!!

Re: removing power commanders

yes, just remove the power commander and hook the stock ECU back up. It'll be just like it was before you added the Power commander (unless you had the stock ECU remapped)...Put all the stock stuff back on and it'll all be stock again...
