FI code and flashing red LED : Suzuki GSX-R Motorcycle Forums: Gixxer.com

I just recently installed a Akrapovic full exhuast and a power commander, it runs great but i keep getting a code that reads FI and a red flashing LED. I did all the work myself, What is wrong and how can i fix it.

what kind of bike and what year. most 2000 and newer if you change the exhaust and don't short the SET valve wire in the pcm the FI like will flash
