HAPPY NEW YEAR everyone!! I just wanted to stop in and introduce myself. My names Greg and I live in CA. I came across this site and instantly became hooked. It has to be the best Gixxer site out there. I don't currently own any street bike, but hope to this fall or so. I think this site will help me gain even more knowledge, along with more understanding. Hope to be around here for a while.

Welcome - I can only recommend reading the Stickies (threads "stuck") at the top of the Starting Line forum. They have some great recommandations regarding first bikes, learning to ride, gear, and especially how NOT to do it. Hope you enjoy your stay
