Every Halloween we make up a gazillion cupcakes and give em out to the little ones.

Look good, but up here in crazyass northeast, that would be thrown out :-( my parents alwas looked through my stuff to make sure i didnt have anything that looked unsafe.
Now look? Even KitKat's have a reformed wrapper. No more foil and blanker, its all plastic that cant be tampered with easily.

One guy have me a jalapeno pepper in one of those little bags once haha....

Most of the kiddies that we gave em to were friends and families little ones! The cupcakes never made it to their pumpkins. haha They would eat them on the spot! I ate all the green ones myself
