can u help? when i pull away i have to keep my bike over 2000rpm by slipping the clutch otherwise it will not pull and struggles to get going. its a 99srad with an art race can.standard air filter
I have to do the same thing on my 99 SRAD600 with a full Devil exhaust, K&N, and StageI......let me know what you find out. I'm thinking I need to turn my mixture screws out a bit.
You need to have it jetted. I had the same bike and it would have a bog when starting out also. I put a Stage I DynoJet kit in it and it totally fixed the problem. Buy the kit and you can do it yourself. I called Dynojet and their tech support over the phone helped me with the needle adjustment until it was running to optimum performance. Best of luck!
jetting it is all well and good but it doesnt tell me what is wrong in the 1st place. the guy i got it off said it was jetted but i looked at the air filter and it was standard so im not sure.please post anymoor comments. i wil keep you all updated as i find out moor
