what weight oil?

I am changing the oil for the first time on my bike...(2000 miles on current oil, 13,000 on the bike) I bought the bike with a fresh oil and filter change so I have not had to do it since then. I am wondering what the best weight oil,and the filter size to use is? I will be using synthetic oil but I dont have a manual yet so I dont have the factory recomm as to what weight and what size filter...any help would be appreciated

I usually just use the OEM Suzuki Oil Filter. Also open up your airbox and look at your airfilter and see if it needs replacement

i used the hein gerick magnetic filter, just cus it sounded clever, and use semi-sinthetic 10/40 oil, currently castrol stuff apparently it gives the clutch am easier time than fully sinthetic.
