im trying to find a good picture of how my harness needs to be routed in my 86, i have a diagram for an 85 but theyre different. anyone can help? this is a NOS harness by the way
aqll i could find in the all those links was microfiches. well i found one haynes manual that covers the 110 and katana as well but i already have that one and it doesnt show anything on wire harness routing
PISSED is one word to describe what i am right now. I was routing my harness and put the turn signal relay on the left side of the battery box by the cdi and the circuit breaker on the side by the fusebox. This caused stress on the turn relays connector and snapped it.. I had a parts harness i scavneged a connector from and im back on track. Before i do something butfuck stupid like that again, what side does the cb go on and what side does the turn sig relay go on. Seems like when I tried to switch their places the harness wasnt long enough to reach from the cb
i think my turn signal relay is on the right most front side standoff on the battery, and the circuit breaker is on the left hand front standoff of the battery box, anyone wanna clarify?
Motorcycle: you know the kind. the ones with wheels. I don't care how many wheels. 1 will do.

Re: wire harness routing
I REALLY hate to bring this to public forum. And I apologize to all the rest of the Gixxer community for doing so.
This will be the last time I am trusting of a member that I have not dealt with.
This is what you said:
"How does this sound? You pay me the 175. I'll box them up as safe and compact as I can and I'll mail them. If the shipping is something stupid like $66 I'll let you know how much it is and I'll split it with you. Let me know.
Thanks
tc "
Then a couple of messages later I get this
"Hey XXXX. Finally got them out today. Shipping was $45. So if we could split that. I packed them real good and in bubble wrap .
customs form # cpXXXXXXXXXUS
Thanks
tc "
What I'm having a hard time trying to understand is how I am supposed to split shipping with you when it had only cost $45. By the looks of the first message I was only going to split it with you if it was "something crazy like $66". I would have given you the benefit of the doubt if it was not far off from 66 dollars. But it was a whole $21 dollar difference, and to me that doesn't constitute a split. Not to mention when I got the lowers, they are burned in some spots, and a whole lower section cut out where they had been melted before. On top of that I had to pay an additional $40 customs fees to get the stuff out.
Sticking my nose in but tc's message you posted appeared to say he would pay some of the shipping costs if they were excessive, otherwise they were all yours. Then they were less and he still offered to split, a real nice gesture. Seems like a simple misunderstanding?
to me it looks like tc and him agreed to split if shipping was outrageous,,it cost tc less than what he had thought it was going to be cost for shipping and g.s.x.r thought the difference ($22) in shipping didn't require him to split, since it wasn't 66 dollars..
