Re: New SoCal rider
Curious as to why you painted it...
Some nice levers would make it stand out a lot more IMO, of course after you take care of the rear tire.

Re: New SoCal rider
Thanks for the welcomes hopefully I can answer everyone's questions
1. Yes it is plasti-dip
2. I painted it because the left side fairings were really scratched up from previous owner dropping it and I can't find a fairing set that has a gas tank cover hopefully somebody on here can help me out with located a complete set
3. Thanks for the heads up on the rear tire I didn't think it was that bad but ill make sure to get that changed this weekend
4 and the chain is getting oiled up this weekend as well as a fresh oil change, thanks for looking out

Re: New SoCal rider
yea i actually have a can waiting for my front fairing because I've been wanting a certain look for a while but school has eaten all my time day & night. I finally got a break and have time for my bike. I need to look into a good clear option to try and extend the life of the plastidip. let me know which one you end up using. the more guinea pigs there are, the better for regular pigs...
