hey i know this topic has been covered before but mine is a bit different. i think. sorry i dont mean to upset anyone im just ignorant to the way bikes work.
the other day i started my gsxr 750 srad twice without pullin the clutch, it was in nuetral. it was a bit chilly in the garage. it struggle to come one and idled a bit high the first time, then the third time it just made a wierd wiring niose when i hit the start then it clicks. then it went from that to just clicking sound comming from the rear area of the bike were the battery is located.
is the battery dead
is there a bigger issue i should be alot more concerned about
what should i do/ or what can i do to get it started

Re: Help!! Bike wont start just clicks
Could be starter solenoid, or fuse.
The boys will chime in.........Could even be the clutch switch being dodgy, as it shouldn't start with the clutch not depressed.
haha i hope they do. if it is the starter soleniod, how hard would it be to replace?
and also i thought they were alright to start without clutch just as long as it was in neutral. i guess i was wrong.
Check the fuses and the clutch switch. Also measure the battery voltage. It should be good enough to crank the motor around 11.5v and more. If the battery is too "flat" the solenoid/relay that engages the starter circuit wil "bounce" and make the clicking sound... Let us know what you find!
sounds like you're batterys flat dude, the clicking will be the solenoid trying to flick the starter motor over but as there isnt enough juice it wont. as for the clutch id take the connectors off the switch and give them a good clean, im pretty sure you shouldnt be able to start it without pulling the clutch in lol
