I'm putting all my old Hi8 tapes onto my computer. To upload standard def onto Youtube, they have several formats I can convert mine to. Does it make a difference in video quality what format you use? I tried one in MPEG-2 & it seemed like it dropped a lot of quality when I uploaded it. I'm using Honestech VHS-DVD 5.0 to convert everything. Thanks Homos.
