2002 gsxr wont shift gears

Hello fellow gixxer owners. I recently dropped my bike and i had to replace my foot shifter. After installing the new shifter my bike will not go past 2nd gear. Anyone know what the problem is and what tips to repair my situation. Thank you.

did u install it correctly?

maybe you didnt get it per the manual.

You probably mounted it backwards and now it is 1 up 5 down.
