Lurker in Need of identifying a part

i looked around the forum for a little bit and tried to find the answer but i couldnt so i'll ask here.

i laid my bike down on the right side and had a BAD oil leak...

i've found the location of it, but i've been ALL over trying to identify the part but i dont know exactly waht it is...

can anyone help me out?
