600 to 750 engine swop PLS PLS HELP

Hi guys i did the 600 to 750 motor swop on my brothers gixxer, ran with 600 ecu big mistake, so got a 750 ecu awesome runs strong. I did fit throttle bodies and airbox as well,
now when i ride i get c36 secondary injector malfunction had it on 600 ecu as well, but now with other throttle bodies and ecu same thing any ideas?
