Which would you choose?

Ok as stated in another post I am on the market for a new bike. I passed up one deal already and have recently been looking at this one.

I contacted the dealer and they stated that the Leo Vince is a full exhaust system, not just a slip on. As far as I can tell this bike is also equipped with

Asv Levers, Frame sliders ( can't make out the brand ), fender eliminator, and Driven D3 grips.
Also the tank cover looks to be refinished in a glossy black, as well as the silver striping that is usually under the tank on the stock 2009's. The rearsets, and wheels also look to be powdercoated black.

Price they have listed is $9,995, which I think is a bit high considering the year and if you look at the video there are two scratches on the gas tank.

Next option:
I have found a deal on a 2012 Gsxr 1000 brand new Black on Black for $12,295 Out the door.

Opinions?

No way I am paying that for an 09. The mods mean nothing as far as price goes. I would also wonder if it has been down based on the mods.

$12,295 out the door is a rocking deal for a 2012.

True I was going to go take a look early next week and see if they knew why the previous owner had traded/ if it had been downed.

If I can talk them down significantly for the 09 I might go for that one if it has a clean slate.

Only reason I'm hesitating on the L2 is because I haven't really seen any exhaust that I'd want to put on there yet haha.
