Steering feels "heavy" need advice

Hey guys. New issue.

So I blew a fork seal and sent her in for a repair. Had new seal and cover added.
Got the bike back and now turning "left" feels stiff and heavy. My right turns feel fluid and smooth. But the left fork that i blew the seal, that side feels very heavy.

Take a strong effort to get the bike to sink into the lean for turning, and that's dangerous and I cannot afford this type of distraction well riding in crazy Japan..haha

Any suggestions would be great.

Sounds to me like that fork is not perfectly straight( ie Slightly turned in or out), Or 1mm higher than the other. Something is out of alignment. The forks are fine, just something is not lined up right.
