hi guys
just a quickie.. is it okay/safe for me to take off my ol gixxer damper?

i realised that the WP water cooled gixxer doesnt have one..

The water cooled bikes have them under the front fairing. You can remove it and ride without it but what do you hope to achieve??

I'd leave it on, or better still replace it with a good adjustable after market one.

Most all of our bikes are shot... 20+ years old!
Mine was gone; I have yet to find an affordable quality replacement.
As far as handling performance. I can recall one instance where a steering damper saved my life! I wouldn't recommend not using one.
