Hello all, I am new to the forums here so i am just kinda introducing myself. I have been riding streetbikes for about 4 years now. I have rode dirtbikes and 4-wheelers my whole life. My first bike was a Katana 750. I only had that bike for a few months and sold it. About a year later i bought a 05 cbr600rr. I loved thatt bike! had a smoked windscreen, two brothers carbon fiber series slip-on, fender eliminator kit, integrated tailight, flush mount turn signals, the works.
About 2 and a half weeks ago i lowsided the bike, suffered some road rash and a fractured ankle. But i couldnt wait to get a new bike and start riding again, So 1 week after my accident I went to Morgantown Powersports in Morgantown WV and they had a 06 gsxr 750 for sale, The bike was gorgeous, not a scratch on it. I have always loved gsxr's and this one for some reason stood out to me, So a week or so later i got the money together for the bike, (they were asking 7k for it, i ended up getting it for 5800!) I am going this tuesday to pick it up and i am so excited!
So theres a little back history on myself and my new ride. Is there anything i need to know about these bikes? Everything i have read about them has been positive. The bike has a micron slip-on, yellow windscreen, chrome wheels, and HID's.
