per Michigan law: patient to patient transfers are legal, as long as both parties have their medical use cards. any transfer is legal as long as everyone had legal cards, and is with-in the legal ammount limits. there can be NO "farmers markets" (a F/M is described as a market selling medicinal meds with in 4 walls an a ceiling (aka a building),). but done personally with in a home or dwelling is legal. i have 1 designated caregiver (whos meds SUCK ASS!!!!) so i dont go to him, and i have 3 others i get my meds from (which actually work and i like).
and i would NEVER buy meds from as asshat on c/l. you dont know who the person is, or who/wher the meds come from. i know where my meds come from, and i know 100% that they are bug and mold free. and i get to look at his grow operation to check things out. and i will say this, there is ALOT of time and money that goes into a legal grow operation that yeilds a great ammount of meds....legally.
they have been selling medicinal meds on c/l for a while now.
