Then he threatens to arrest the guy filming? For what exactly?
Not speaking about all cops obviously, but it seems they always tell people to stop or they'll get arrested. Do they train cops about the laws regarding filming?

Several states, countys, and local citys, have passed laws regarding the filming of a public official. So in some areas, the interpretation of the law is that it is illegal. Now, weather or not its constitutional or not, that is usually always debated.

its not so much the video of the cops that is unlawfull it is the audio recording. Many have been charged with wiretapping voliations because they captured audio.

Well I could venture an educated guess. They are at a drunken out of control party, he could very easily be drunk in public, part of the causing a disturbance

I appreciate the fact that you clearly tried to pass on some of your knowledge about counties and local cities. However, the constitution will never be considered in any argument based on the weather. The aforementioned will always be true, unlike something that is usually true.
My sole intention here is to highlight some of your errors to an otherwise informative post.
