So I layed my bike down about a month ago and in the process snapped the bleeder screw off of the MC. I bought a used one from ebay, OEM, and threw it on. I tried bleeding the system but it wasn't building pressure until i took the bleeder screw of the MC and funneled some brake fluid into the MC. I then put a hose on the left caliper bleeder screw and ran the hose into a bottle full of brand new brake fluid...i filled my reservoir to the top and cracked the bleeder screw and continuously pumped the lever until i saw no more bubbles coming out of the hose. I never let the fluid run out either!! closed and cleaned everything. Now I'm riding down the road brakes firm and solid working like a charm when all of a sudden my bike starts slowing down. I hit the clutch and the front brakes feel like they're fully applied but i wasn't touching them. BARELY made it to the side of the road...i had to call my buddy to bring a wrench so i could crack the bleeder on the MC. Went home bled them again using the same method as above. Went for a ride again. It's happened to me 4 times now in the last 48 hours. I now carry a rag and a 1/4" wrench with me. The level is right in between the min and max. Sometimes when I open the reservoir the diaphragm is completely sucked down idk if thats normal? I've read a bunch of forums and watched a bunch of different ways to bleed the system. I also thought there was still air in the lines and when the fluid heats up it causes the air to expand and applies the brake, just a theory. What i also find tricky is the amount of fluid to put into the reservoir before i place the diaphragm into.
Many many people have run into issues like this using cheap levers. There was one guy a couple of months ago, happened just like in the thread above. The manufacturer told him they were absolutly fine, but after a couple of weeks, he posted up with crash damage...I think you can figure all this out from here

Took my lever off an sure as S@#* the little hole where the MC plunger goes into was not where it was supposed to be...quick fix haven't had a chance to test it out since it just rained. ill keep you guys posted...
You can put the plunger in the little hole and it will last a long while, but eventually that cheap chinese piece of junk will wear out and could lock up your front instantly and send you flying down the road..

Im not knocking the OP,but I still do not understand the allure of cheap chinese ebay stuff. Were talking saving a few dollars,at the (very real&proven)risk of sub-par quality&reliability which has been documented to cause accidents. Penny wise dollar foolish perhaps? The thrilln of modifying on the cheap? Modding bikes/cheap do not go hand in hand.... I dunno..

A crash is a lot more expensive than the money saved on cheap shit levers.
So far so good!! Still going to look into some CRG levers maybe. My front rotors have a very light shade of blue now because of this whole thing. I posted a picture of the bike. Time for new rotors?
Also, make sure to keep an eye on the relief hole, in the MC. If it ever gets plugged with debri, you will go over the bars.
You'd be shocked at how small that hole actually is.
