i think if there were a socal specific section it'd be pretty lively compared to the dead pacific subforum

how so? A bunch of us used to post in the pacific section but slowly they sold their bikes and lost interest or just disappeared from the forum. I mean anyone in socal can post in the pacific section. I don't see how having a section titled SoCal would generate more traffic.
