Engine and exhaust = the best riding music. Also it's worth mentioning that some of the unsafest riders I know routinely listen to their iPods while riding. The distraction factor of the music is definitely a topic of hot debate.

No talent eh-hole squid, who stunts in traffic wearing flippie-floppies, board shorts and sunglasses when he is not parked at Tim Horton's representing his single-member squid bike club. Also a Fuckwad, a Jizz Receptacle and a Twat Waffle.

Re: Best riding music!?!?
I use the earbuds more like ear plugs to block out wind noise, so it's really whatever plays off my iPod. Little hip hop, metal, hard rock, dub step, country, whatevers on shuffle
I think I could of found a better thread to lose my virginity to.

Same! Minus the dub step

Reason: Apparently dub step is two words.
Tech N9ne. I only listen to it when I ride. Some metal is alright to but I hate varying tempo when I ride to music, and rock is alot of up and down. Tech nina just always goes hard. As for the music being distracting, thats bs. At least for me I'm way more focused with a good tune on. It keeps the mind from daydreaming if you are reciting a tune
You should pay attention to the traffic and not listening to music.
I don't have it blaring in my ear. Just enough to hear it. I can still hear the engine, exhaust, and the police siren so I can get over.

Been to his house once or twice back in 2005. Cool ass dude.
I ride with tunes, and it's never been an issue. I don't have it blaring, just kinda like a soundtrack. Last year it was (don't laugh) the TRON soundtrack. It sounds fucking awesome underneath the V-Twin, along with AWOLNATION. This year I'm putting together a playlist that will have a lot of STP, and Audioslave, some Johnny Cash, Nine Inch Nails, some Skinny Puppy, I may even throw in some Genitorturers for fun.
Lived in Kansas City my whole life up till last March. And a buddy of mine went to school with his friend Brian Dennis who was killed in 2002. He had a party at his place and I went along.

Some Techno and Metal on most days, and some underground Hip-Hop every now and then. All through my Chatterbox GMRX-1 (Bluetooth). Not the loudest thing around for those who don't know.
I try not to listen to anything too fast or heavy when I ride, it makes me want to slam her wide open. No bueno. I usually listen to hip hop or some kind of chill music.

Listening to music keeps me more focused and more aware of my surroundings. I didn't feel safe adding music to my rides till I had 5 years and over 100,000 miles though. Not something I took lightly but yes, I am looking around more and checking my mirrors more frequently when I listen to music.
