Bought a frame(98) frame and a 96 or 97 engine with coil packs,I have bought both seperate and I am wondering what I need to do to mount the coil pac(NOn stick type) to the frame and where I should place them.I have downloaded the manual but was hoping for some pointers for what I need todo. Thanks in advanced John
Thanks for the pic.I had no idea were they mounted. So they just stack over one another?thanks yes 750.Need to put your caps to use(ccm). When I connect (pacs)them to the wire loom do they have any order for the connetors?
Looked at frame and there are threading holes there already.Sweetness.My 86 pacs are mounted toward neck.

Re: 96-97 engine in a 98-99 frame question
There is no polarity with regards to the two coil connectors, so you can connect to either pole. It does, however, matter which coil each pair of wires goes to.
