carbs to fi in a 97

Been reading through the threads on this. I found into that stated the 98-99 motors could be swamped in, no Fab work. Obviously you need the harness, air box etc..the question I have is will the 01 750 motor swap in as well? Couldn't find that answer in my search. Thx in advanced.

Not without machine work.... Typically if you just want fi, stay with 98-99.. But what's wrong with carbs anyway?

Re: carbs to fi in a 97

Plan on doing something with my motor. I read the fi produced a little more HP. A parts bike could be had pretty cheap and all the parts would be there, thinking it may be a good option. Any thoughts?
