Here it is, just got it rolling last night. Rolling chassis now, have to install the motor and get all the coolers fitted. 2 up front one out back. Body is on the way, but I need paint codes for the 91 blue and white scheme. And decals? WTF! Where do we get those?
I decided to go with a later 2nd gen frame. I like the swingarm pivot assembly that allows you apply preload. I still have the 89' frame but it's sitting in the corner with a bent sub frame.
The rack is just a K&L engine stand nothing special. I actually don't use it to mount the motor into the frame. But I did try to last night
Front end is all factory Kayaba suff. 25mm cartridges. Pieced it together from a few different setups. If anything good came out of last season it was that I developed the perfect fork configuration for these 2nd gen bikes. They are perfectly dialed in.
Hopefully we can get together this season and do a few track days. I'd like to put afm numbers on it this year. Use it in the dino class. I'm back and forth on which bike to use, the GSXR or the ZX7.
Motorcycle: (3) 1st gen 750's; (2) 1st gen 1100's; 90 7/11; 05 RMZ-450; 83 Honda CB1000C; 78 Yamaha DT 175E; 89 HD 883 Sporty; 98 KX250; 85 ATC 125M; 04 Polaris Predator 500; and a few kids quads.

Re: 91 AMA Superbike Build
I've always been fond of the ZX's. I really like my ZX9R, but I don't think it would make a very good track bike. But the ZX7 - now that's a different story.

Are those Attack triples? Powdercoated or anodized?

Right now the trouble is with the front oil coolers. With the amount of axle offset I have to run and the 1127 block in a 750 frame, there isn't a lot of real estate to fit two coolers up front. The yosh brackets I picked up are not gonna work. I'm going to have to fabricate some of my own to get it to work.
Just getting it all mocked too make some now. But there is no one spot that works. I'll have to give up some steering angle to make it work. But seeing it a race bike, not a big deal. I think yosh ran into the same problems back in the day as well.
