Can someone explain what this means?

I'm new to riding (with an 03 sixxer) and I see all these phrases like "blip the throttle", "chatter", "clicks in the rebound". what does all this mean? does chatter refer to locking up the rear tire? is blipping throttle gunning it? i'd like to learn more about riding but it's hard when you have no idea what people are talking about.

Blipping the throttle is just a very quick twist of the wrist. Normally done to help match engine rpms while downshifting.

This leads to the next one, Chatter. That is when the rear wheel isn't going the same speed as the ground and it will somewhat violently viberate up and down. Several ways to prevent or limit this. The most common is to match revs by "Blipping the throttle". You can also get chatter in the front while under braking.

Clicks of rebound are refering to rebound damping in either the forks or rear shock. My forks don't actually click, some do. I think the general rule is 1/4 turn is equal to a click.
