We'll I guess I’ve had enough, the FI on my bike is so bad its being traded it after 8 weeks & 1000mi for a Honda 1000RR. After two attempts at the dealer and my own tweaks TRE, TPC etc. and a very low tolerance its time to sell it.
Problem started at about 500mi bog at 1/8 throttle six gear about 5500rpm's
Anything under 6K requires a slow roll on in first, second etc full throttle bogs and then jumps.
The last Suzuki I bought new was a 1982 GS1100EZ which I still own. I've own several Honda's, 99 XX blackbird,08 ST1300 with FI which are spot on.
Too many threads with the same problems on the forums, time for a change.

So what I'm reading is that the bike isn't being responsive below 5500 rpm in 6th gear? Is this a 600 or 750? Why are you expecting acceleration at low rpms in 6th gear, that's pretty much an overdrive gear at that point...

Its a 750, The problem is intermittent, bike runs spot on cruising at about 75MPH at 5500 rpm's and then it bogs with a loud exhust note, seems like the ECV is not responding with the ECM properly. The tre helped the low speed throttle respone to eliminate the timing retarding but no help in the other areas. Bike bogs in any gear with 1/8 throttle opening.
That sucks man. Do you have the stock exhaust or slip-on? If aftermarket, have you had it mapped?
Maybe switch to the yammie throttle for quicker turn radius to avoid those low throttle openings?
Bike is stock except for TRE
Its sad, I really like the bike, bought it for its lightweight and handling, when i run it hard 7K to 14K it runs great, But i can't live at the rpm all the time.
Something is wrong with your bike and it needs a diagnosis. My 750 L1 is very smooth in the low end and mid range (as well as smooth and strong in the top end).
I've never read about this issue before. But I've only been looking here for the last two weeks... can someone confirm this is a common issue as suggested by the OP with threads popping up with this issue?
It's not an issue with all 2011's. It's a flaw on his bike. FI defective, or throttle, etc. Don't blame him at all for cutting and running. I'd do the same.
Ive had on occasion a sputter at low rpm's.. always at my job for some reason.. at low rpm's it sputters i can rev it a little and itll rev fine but on acceleration it sputters till around 4k.. its done it about 4-5 times in the 5 months ive had it. no light or anything like that.. if it keeps doing it, and it hasnt in awhile, im taking it to the dealership, but idk what they would do till they could duplicate the problem
I could have been, I just picked up my Honda 1000RR today.
Couldn't wait to trade it in. Smiles all the home, i just feel bad for the guy who buys the bike. We'll good luck guys happy to be back on a Honda.

cip57 - Where are you located? I'm looking at a used 750 at a dealership and want to make sure it's not your old bike...
