great condition srad that just got new plastics. runs well. has yosh rs3 pipe, nothing wrong with it, i have the title just not in my name and the guy i bought it from is screwing me over and now im leaving for college so i need the bike gone, make an offer

cause its not in my name and he wont return my calls or anything to get it transfered over so i cant ride the bike and now im just pissed off because i wasted a lot of money and cant even ride...

What do you mean you can't get it transferred over? Why not just take the title to the courthouse and put it in your name? Is the title not signed? Sorry I'm just curious and I'm sure any potential buyer would want to know too.

yea he didnt sign it, cause in pa both ppl have to go to the notary and sign it. and i cant ever get a hold of him to get it signed over and get it in my name. pa has such strict laws

I already asked about the full fairing set to at least get some money in your pocket - but oh well. Only way you are going to move that is by lying or parting it out.
