first ride with -1 :D

it was fun and interesting. actually not my first, i took my wife out last night on the bike and it was a very mild ride as shes still new and i dont wanna scare her off. bikes complete go fast mods are +1 rear sprocket, 520 did evr3 chain, full arrow system, yosh kit ecu with ems. carbon air box thats larger than stock, higher flowing air filter, velocity stacks, and the bike was tuned for all this before the exhaust was cut down. regardless it was fast before dropping 1 tooth up front. its almost geared too much now, im shifting alot and its hard to tell if its any faster than it used to be. first gear is certainly fun and will happily point you to the sky, infact the first time it did i brought it down too hard and crushed the boys against the carbon tank, which coincidentally isnt as soft as it looks. lol. its fun, it pulls good down low, but i cant really tell if its any faster up top than before simply because of how much more often i need to shift the bike. and the speedo needs a calibration now, since were on the topic does anyone know whats cheaper than a speedo healer?

may have found out why it was feeling slow, even before the re gear it felt like it lost power, i blamed it on the humid weather we were having but i could hear a light rasp and thought it was the cam chain tensioner. turns out the header bolts had loosened off, 7 out of 8 were loose. one was about 3 turns out form the snug. tightened them up, rasp is gone and shes alot more responsive when i rev her now. ill find out tomorrow when i ride it
